In brief, it is mostly a DIY Scavenger Hunt/ Rally. For starters, you will get to re-visit your favorite Bonus Location from ANY previous rally, send a postcard to whichever Rally Master put that event on, and you'll get points for doing so.
"Orgy Bonus" points for being in the company of other Spank 2012 riders at whatever event you happen to come across them.
SPANK 2012 is THE Feel Good Rally of 2012.
