Welcome to SPANK 2009, The
Arkansas Edition. As stated in our charter, SPANK endeavors to stage Rallys in
locales over-looked or not often found on the radar of most Rallys. Arkansas is
a tremendous riding state, and the surrounding states offer great roads and
interesting bonii as well. Staging a rally in Arkansas is, well, just a natural
thing to do.
May 1st we’ll
rendezvous in Hot Springs, AR at the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa.

Naturally. May 2nd the 24-hour rally will commence, and on May 3rd
we’ll have an elegant luncheon awards banquet in the hotel, then perhaps a soak
in the hotels fabulous hot tub. Naturally.
Hot Springs is not only William
Jefferson Clinton’s home town, but it is where none other than Mike Kneebone
spent his youth, and learned to ride motorcycles. All riders will get a chance
to ride the very roads he cut his teeth on. How cool is that? Arkansas deserves
our attention, and SPANK intends to show you just how great a state it really is
for riding and Rally mayhem. Come on out and join us, it’s the natural thing to
do.
